From Ohio (heading north)
Take Washtenaw-Ann Arbor Exit 37B and turn right (west) onto Washtenaw. Where Stadium Blvd and Washtenaw split (approximately 2-3 miles), stay to the right on Washtenaw following the “Hospital” signs. Turn left at Hill Street (you’ll see “The Rock”). Continue down Hill Street (campus buildings will be on your right). Turn right on State Street. Go three blocks. Turn right on North University. The Michigan League is on your left at the corner of North University Street and Fletcher Street.
From Northern MI (heading South)
Take US-23 South to M-14 West. Take Exit #3, “Downtown Ann Arbor,” which will become Main Street. Follow Main Street to Huron Street. Turn left at Huron Street. Continue down Huron to State St. Turn right on State Street. Turn left on North University. The Michigan League is on your left at the corner of North University Street and Fletcher Street.
From Northwest Suburbs
Take I-696 to I-275 South to M-14 West. Follow M-14 West signs closely. Take Exit #3, “Downtown Ann Arbor,” which turns into Main Street. Follow Main Street to Huron Street. Turn left onto Huron Street. Continue on Huron until State Street intersects. Turn right on State Street. Turn left on North University Street. The Michigan League is on your left at the corner of North University Street and Fletcher Street.
From Parts of Detroit, Redford, M-14, Plymouth and Canton
Take I-96 to M-14 West. Follow M-14 West signs closely. Take Exit #3, “Downtown Ann Arbor,” which turns into Main Street. Follow Main Street to Huron Street. Turn left on Huron Street until State Street intersects. Turn right on State Street. Turn left on North University Street. The Michigan League is on your left at the corner of North University Street and Fletcher Street.
From Lansing
Take I-96 to US-23 South. Drive on US-23 South to M-14 West (Downtown Ann Arbor) Exit. Take Exit and drive about a mile to Exit 3, also marked “Downtown.” Take exit ramp, which turns into Main Street. Follow Main Street to Huron Street. Turn left on Huron Street until State Street intersects. Turn right on State Street. Turn left on North University. The Michigan League is on your left at the corner of North University and Fletcher Street.
Parking
Important information regarding parking at the Inn at the Michigan League (May 7th to November 25th, 2026).
We apologize for any inconvenience the following information may cause on your trip to the University of Michigan campus!
Please read all instructions carefully to avoid any confusion during this construction period.
Road improvements will be taking place on North University Avenue and South Thayer Street (between South State Street and Fletcher Street) between May and November 2026. The free 30-minute parking “loop” on North University Avenue, south of the Michigan League, will be CLOSED for most of this time period.
There will be a 15-minute temporary drop-off zone on southbound Fletcher Street outside of the League. This drop-off zone is best accessed southbound on Fletcher Street from either Washington Street or East Huron Street. Go past the “Road Closed” sign to the orange coned area and enter the zone through the first opening in the cones. Please follow any traffic signs and disability-reserved spaces when using the drop-off zone. Feel free to unload luggage and navigate to the 4th floor for check-in, where we can provide you with a parking pass and instructions to our parking structure.
As an alternative to using the drop-off zone, or if you are familiar with our parking structure, you may park there and get your parking pass before checking in. We advise you to leave this parking pass on your vehicle’s dashboard while using the lot. The structure is designated by a BLUE star on the map below. You will need to take the ramp up to the parking area labeled “Patient Parking Only.” The Inn shares our parking area with the dental school. The parking gate is currently being updated, so you may pull into the lot without providing a license plate number.
Please call the front desk at (734) 764-3177 if you experience any difficulties navigating to and from the Inn at the Michigan League or the Fletcher Street Parking Structure.
